These Terms govern your use of thebakersproducerpool.com and services operated by Alexandre Moffet (LeMOF) under The Bakers Producer Pool. By using the website, creating an account or submitting content, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You may not impersonate others, create abusive accounts or interfere with another user’s access. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or create security or community risks.
Community conduct
Do not post unlawful, threatening, hateful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, malicious or spam content. Do not scrape the service, bypass security, distribute malware or misuse personal information. Constructive criticism is welcome; targeted abuse is not.
Your content and submissions
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting or publishing content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and grant The Bakers Producer Pool a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, stream and promote that content as needed to operate the service, feedback streams, playlists, community pages and related promotion. You may request removal, although archived broadcasts, backups or third-party shares may remain.
Music and video submissions
Submission does not guarantee playback, feedback, promotion, placement or response. Queue order and programming decisions remain at the host’s discretion. You must have permission to submit the material and must not submit infringing or prohibited AI-generated material where the applicable submission rules disallow it.
Purchases, tips and paid priority
Prices are shown before purchase. Tips support the project and are generally non-refundable. Paid priority changes queue placement but does not guarantee a positive review, promotion or commercial result. Merchandise, downloads and third-party purchases may also be governed by the seller or payment provider’s terms, refund policy and fulfilment rules.
Bakers Bucks and rewards
Bakers Bucks are promotional platform points, have no cash value, are not transferable unless expressly allowed and may be adjusted when issued in error or obtained through abuse. Reward availability, limits and requirements may change.
Intellectual property
The website design, branding, logos, original artwork, educational material and platform content belong to The Bakers Producer Pool, Alexandre Moffet or their respective licensors. You may not copy, resell or exploit them without written permission.
Third-party services
The website may link to or embed third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, transactions or terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific career outcomes, revenue, placements or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Bakers Producer Pool and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may remove content, restrict access or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
